Provides a dialog that allows selection of printing options for the currently selected editor file (does not work
with the message window). You can even choose two-up printing (that is, printing two pages on a single sheet of paper
by splitting it down the middle). Note that the printing will not reflect any colored syntax highlighting in the
editor; printing is always done in monochrome.
