Windows 3.1 users note !

This version of the 3.01 installation (updated 25-Feb-97) contains
a fix for the Win32s PVENGINE.EXE problems many of you were having.

We were distributing this fix as a seperate file (it had been here
for two weeks) but as so few people actually bother to read this
README we merged it into the main distribution.
